Completely awful.

This is a small company and I don't think that there are that many openings nationwide. So common sense is that this might not be the best way to get information on a manager that you are interviewing with. Just a thought.

Would anyone be willing to give me some insight on base salary? I am getting a vague answer from the recruiter. Thank you in advance. I am considering an opportunity.

 

I was told base would be 65K to 70K by the recruiter.

I agree, no less than 75k base here. Should be able to neg just under 80k depending on experience.

 

This perhaps used to be the case. But I know for a fact that reps are being brought in (not contract) for much lower base salaries than 1-2 years ago. Some with even no pharma experience.
