The Irony of DCs Departure

She will take with her a large chunk of the revenue from what is left of sales, making our meager contribution even less.

Seriously. DC is gone. Move on. There is plenty more to focus one's attention on.

 

Has GSK lost its will to promote individuals based primarily on gender (females) with the placement of Jack "Express Scripts elevator to hell" "Me'off" Bailey? Where's the social justice? What, Deeds got your tongue?

 

Why are we stalkers and trolls? we are employees or in some casses ex employees who had to watch as she destroyed a once proud us sales force. So forgive us if we don't just go away .. II guessing you're the sister of Dc? Anyway those of us who were laid off or worse than that kept our jobs while Dc demotivated and made things miserable at Gsk have every right to see her off

 

How might we leverage the shared learnings/teachings now?

 

The troll has mental issues. He will still be clogging up this board for a long time until an intervention takes place, forcing him to get professional help.

 

Do you all ever notice that DD's defenders posts always have the same theme? Mental issues, troll, "filling up this board!" Ha! Hey Toots, The Deeds has now destroyed two major pharma companies. There is no saving her legacy.

 

That's called projection--they project their own psych issues onto others, rather than reflect upon their own reflexive, fact-free defense of the single most destructive member of this company. It's also denial; they can't believe their precious DD is forced out in disgrace.

Perhaps you should listen to what people are actually telling you. You have a sickness. Anyone with your level of bitterness and hate needs to evaluate this obsessive behavior.

 

The irony is having been pushed ahead and over for reasons other than intelligence, she has failed so completely. No- it is poetic justice.

Another irony to DD's departure is how much she hated the CF website and how it afforded the unheard voices of GSK an avenue to vent. And how the administrators of CF seemed to respect her and her deranged view and even to some extent seemed to protect her. Now she is gone and CF is still going strong. C-YA DEEDS and I really pray there is karma.

 

How can Glaxo even be so stupid to have hired her? She had no track record at Lilly, never added any value and stabbed her friends in the back while taking their credit and selling ir as her own to senior management. Lilly had a lot of talent but she surely was not one of them.

 

That was precisely her MO--sadly she left lly in shambles. At least, now, GSK can recover.

 

too bad she wasnt let go earlier. think about the lost revenue and jobs she caused as a result of her leadership and decisions

 

Who made you board police? We are still here having to deal with the consequences of her bad leadership and decisions. So if we want to vent what do you care?

 

You have some serious hate and anger issues. DC is gone, so move on. In fact, move on to another job.

 

I believe everyone who is complaining about DC is wrong. She was only trying to do the right thing. Sad that GSK let go of a brilliant forward thinking mind.
