It actually should have been done immediately if BMS had any integrity, but as usual BMS calculated how long they could put it off legally. You are the dumb shit - BMS is not "legally obligated" to pay any bonus. In fact, they could suspend the bonus program any time they want. Hell, they could come out with a new bonus program tomorrow that pays alphabetically and there isn't a damn thing we could do about it. There is no legal obligation to pay the same bonus just because someone designates a sales force as "specialty"
ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! The company reserves the right to alter or discontinue the bonus plan at any time, for any reason. Furthermore, the rankings and standings may not always be 100% correct, and can be changes if errors are found. And THAT means, in English, if you get paid too much in bonus, they can claw it back via your paycheck.
