So who else has a sales contest with weekly activity trackers, weekly conference calls with managers other than your own, and extra micromanaging trackers, where the top rep gets $200 for the sales contest? Are you kidding me?
We have this crap going on in our region. This is an absolute joke and a huge waste of time. Demoralizing to both reps and managers.
We don't have this in our area. That sounds dumb. I'm sure that's great for the already all time low morale.
