Plus, it has the added benefit of environmental whackos not having "proved" baking soda to harm dear old Mother Earth.

Hopefully, the free education I am giving you will liberate your mind from the self-imposed liberal prison in which you've placed it.

I think I might be talking to him right now...

Theodore John "Ted" Kaczynski, also known as the "Unabomber", is an American mathematician and serial murderer. He is known for his wide-ranging social critiques, which opposed industrialization and modern technology while advancing a nature-centered form of anarchism.

    Watch your cornhole Ted.

Wow... This moronic comment almost slipped by.
What service exactly does a crack-whore render, that is even remotely comparable to our military?

You do understand, that our military performs a Constitutional obligation for our country?

How is there any "apt" anology to be made with a crack-whore?

    You are pathetic!

    We're not #1
We're not in the Top 5
We're not even in the Top 10

    http://worldhappiness.report/

Switzerland topped the third annual World Happiness index thanks to healthy GDP figures, strong social bonds and an increasing life expectancy, a new study of global wellbeing has revealed.
It was closely followed by Iceland, Denmark, Norway and Canada.
The study bases its rankings on data from the Gallup World Poll and takes into account variables such as real GDP per capita, healthy life expectancy, corruption levels and social freedoms.

Let me guess, American happiness would be higher if we followed that 200+ year old sequenced set of words and phrases called the Constitution? How fitting that it was written on SHEEPskin...

Wow.... That ranking sounds so Objective. How does one objectively rank happiness and social bonds.... Whatever the fuck that is?!?

In terms of REAL objective measures, like GDP... not even close. In terms of life expectancy, at most, a 4 year difference. But seriously, who wants to move to Iceland for 4 more years of living. I would pray for death if I had to live there.

In response to Twitter chatter concerning Saturday’s protests in Baltimore, which shut down traffic in some areas of the city and forced some fans to stay inside Oriole Park for their safety even after the baseball game was over, Orioles Executive Vice President John Angelos, son of majority owner Peter Angelos, had this to say on his Twitter account:
(Tweets have been edited together for cohesion)
“Brett, speaking only for myself, I agree with your point that the principle of peaceful, non-violent protest and the observance of the rule of law is of utmost importance in any society. MLK, Gandhi, Mandela, and all great opposition leaders throughout history have always preached this precept. Further, it is critical that in any democracy investigation must be completed and due process must be honored before any government or police members are judged responsible.
That said, my greater source of personal concern, outrage and sympathy beyond this particular case is focused neither upon one night’s property damage nor upon the acts, but is focused rather upon the past four-decade period during which an American political elite have shipped middle class and working class jobs away from Baltimore and cities and towns around the U.S. to third-world dictatorships like China and others, plunged tens of millions of good hard-working Americans into economic devastation, and then followed that action around the nation by diminishing every American’s civil rights protections in order to control an unfairly impoverished population living under an ever-declining standard of living and suffering at the butt end of an ever-more militarized and aggressive surveillance state.
The innocent working families of all backgrounds whose lives and dreams have been cut short by excessive violence, surveillance, and other abuses of the Bill of Rights by government pay the true price, an ultimate price, and one that far exceeds the importance of any kids’ game played tonight, or ever, at Camden Yards. We need to keep in mind people are suffering and dying around the U.S., and while we are thankful no one was injured at Camden Yards, there is a far bigger picture for poor Americans in Baltimore and everywhere who don’t have jobs and are losing economic civil and legal rights, and this makes inconvenience at a ball game irrelevant in light of the needless suffering government is inflicting upon ordinary Americans.”

This guy sounds like a real douche-bag, excusing violence and condoning the destruction of both public and private property. Maybe he might feel differently, if the thugs set fire to his field of "kids' games".

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Excusing violence and condoning the destruction of both public and private property is IMMORAL.... regardless of political affiliation. MORON!
