is the rumor true of only those on plan/performance based will be displaced? Wonder why they don't get it over with..those metrics won't change

 

Rumors are false. DSI hired a third party consulting agency that showed them what positions need to be cut. When some of the DM'S and RDs get fired the reps on a plan won't have to worry.

 

If the field is anything like the HO, only the VPs knew who was out. ABDs and RDs in the dark.

This is fucking stupid. What is wrong with you jackasses? Why are people still, on fucking Tues April 14th, still asking when the layoffs are happening. It was weeks ago....WEEKS....that they told us "on or by Thurs April 16th". How don't you get that? If it hasn't happened yet, and we haven't been told to stay home for a phone call tomorrow morning, then FUCKING OBVIOUSLY it's on Thursday.

Some DMs have already been told by their RDs. This is not big secret.

 

Most DM's aren't thay close with their RDs though. When will they find out? This afternoon or tomorrow with the rest of us?
