RAMs and ABDs are two unnecessary positions. They should all be cut. Salary and bonus for these positions should be allocated somewhere else.
Great idea! Who needs Managed Care formulary access to be effective? RAMs are totally worthless. Let's hire more reps. That'll get us more sales. Simple.
During the HO reorg last month, HR had to give out a list of all positions that are part of the downsizing. Two ABD positions were listed. So perhaps CB is gone as well?
