    To management.

    We know that you appointed all the people you wanted to keep. We also know that you made all other tenured reps Sav leads--higher paid possiable older reps. All Hypertesrion leads will also have Mov. So the layoff that will be this year will wipe out PC sav leads bc they did not invest the time and money to Sav leads the more expensive sales force with the new drug. It's an easy way to get rid of the higher paid reps.


    The force ranking and manipulation of numbers that is recognized by all when you fired ny reps and took gold cups away will make the age descrimination suit stronger.

    Sadly most if us are along for the ride. There will be a payout. My suggestion do it rite give better severance to compensate for the lost ic to cheaters and manipulation of numbers.

    I'd go away happy with a years severance and sign papers to not sue.

    There is not trust.

    Wtf are you talking about? Do you really think that PC will have no responsibility for Savaysa? And your theory about the higher paid reps getting the Savaysa lead is incorrect. Stop trying to scare everyone.

    They're right. At least in my district this theory lines up. It will be interesting to see what happens.

    Why didn't they make field sales layoffs before hiring for posted positions? Seems like that would be the right thing to do. Can't the company get sued by reps who are laid off

    How many times did RL get up there and say "your going to get punched in the face" or "you will get the wind knocked out of you". They knew what sav is.

    Before you do this layoff offer a year severance for volenteers. Make it rite.

    How about KK and RL admitting to management that he had no idea the numbers were this bad and how angry the sales force is.

    That's ridiculous to get rid of the Savaysa leads. Most of them are the tenured reps with the solid relationships in the territories and the reason why anything is getting prescribed period. You get rid of all of them and you're left with a bunch of new reps that don't have the access needed to be successful right out of the gates. I call BS on original post.

    Relationships do mean crap if you don't have managed care. Very few are tenured here. The average time of a sales rep at dsi is <3 years. This is a company that people use to break into the industry. Around 2 years in the sales reps generally start to realize that we have weak management. Pair that with a poor at best pipeline you end up having people leave for different pharma companies or getting out of this industry. The current management team came into a terrible situation. With that being said they have nothing to lose. If they turn it around they are hero's but if not they can say they were left with something beyond repair.

    Most the sav leads are making $70-75 and up. The new hires are $55. They won't keep people not trained on both in next layoff

    Guys, Savaysa is already dead. Not even at 700 NRxs a week and flattening out. KK and RL know this and will cut PC reps. Factor Xa's are not PCP sells, it's with the CDs. And MM access is not going to improve. Tell me one plan that is going to throw off X or E from formulary for a product that can't even generate 1,000 NRxs a week? No volume means no rebate. And for us, it also means no hope.

    Pain management will be a different call plan and focus. You really think when Benicar is gone they are going to need a sav only rep or train them on mov. They are gone!!!!

    New hires at $55 stay.

    Anyone getting upset ry now is upset bc this is logical and makes sense.

    Hr I dare you to crunch the numbers fr te appointed and sav leads. You can say you used the same criteria across the board but if it is criteria that left out the higher paid older reps. Based on "forced ranking" that was rigged. You have a problem!

    It's not to late to fix this you have done anything yet

    Who honestly thinks they will keep sav leads when Benicar goes generic???? Be honest and logical. Thoughts????? By the way these people were NOT appointed positions.

    So just because a Savaysa lead wasn't trained on new drug that means they're useless for future??? They always have ongoing training for ALL our products as weightings shift and new people come into the organization. CV And hospital aren't being trained now either and does that mean they are useless too? no.....KK said himself they want to encourage people to stay here and not have such high turnover so why get rid of people who have done well and been here a while?

    And why are they filling vacancies in metro areas when they could easily shift people around to prevent job loss in future? Doesn't make sense.

    When they explain the criteria for the apt spots and not being allowed to move territories. Id believe this but they won't.

    Metro areas will be big for mov and sav since they always have managed care. Come on the kiosks in ny

    KK wanted to piss off all the reps so they leave on their own. Appointed spots. Layoffs. No requested movement in PC. The betrayal for a tenured rep to watch reps with two years Experience be promoted over them is tough to stomach. These were good reps with gold cups all over the age discrimination criteria. Dsi we are waiting to see what you do. It's on.
