Managers Meeting, What's Up?

I ask you, when has this company ever told any of us the truth? Managers will go full-line no later that September of this year. Managers will be downsized. They will offer early retirement packages and if not enough take them, cuts will be made. Reps will have slightly smaller geographies. Word is that one division will be cut. CVMU specialty reps will either be forced into field rep positions. If none available, they will be cut. This is the sales model we will take for the next two to three years. There have it. The truth. You will not get this from your TSMs. Have you ever?

 

The company doesn't need to tell you anything because you just make it up anyway. Keep it up skippy. You are always good for a laugh (at your expense).

We like to decide our routing by spanking it into the white binder and calling on whoever it lands on. It gets messy but has proven to be quite effective.
