Heard they are eliminating all testing. Too much unreported time out of the field preparing. Not effective in accurately measuring competencies. Bell curve is too narrow. Everyone misses same obscure questions. Grades are all the same. Ride-alongs with managers and interactions with customers coupled with Regional and Sector performance best indicator of individual performance. Done.
