Cuts need to go deeper. We'll just be going through this crap again in 6-9 months. In my district we go cut 50% of the reps.

Does the 30% include internal cuts as well or only us suckers in the field? How about the schmucks that developed the forecast for this product? What kind of research did they do on physician interest level in the product? How about the winners in Regulatory who got the product stuck with a black box for estrogen products? Are they gonna get canned as well??

The ROTA position will be eliminated. The overlay position will be severely cut. Base positions where access is bad will be merged.
