We all know damn well what's happening. It takes about 2 months to prepare for another downsizing. Don't start Christmas shopping yet. You probably won't be able to afford anything on 4 weeks severance and unemployment.
Good friend consultant for Booz Allen, they restructure and downsize..he worked on BI and got rid of 400 collectively. It doesn't mean expansion that's for sure, and they will restructure soon, it has to be done. Too many underpaid reps, make it a smaller group of well paid reps and managers. Seriously expand and realign territory's that produce 4-8 rxs a week that is ridiculous. Swear, say what you want but this is the state of Shionogi it's just business folks don't get attached..your a number at the deli line.
