Cannot be a hiring freeze. At the rate of turnover, the buildings would be empty if they had a hiring freeze!
No hiring freeze for field sales. Positions are being filled everywhere, even at the end of the year. No freeze.
I think it depends on territory, and position, there have been open OSR positions which I think won't be filled. On my team we have an open spot which hasn't been filled for 3 months when I know multiple people have interviewed for it.
Sorry, that is incorrect. It just means a suitable candidate has not been found. All open positions can be filled if the DM & RD deem it necessary.
