Well, Duh! what representative has not ridden with their counterpart to a sales call, Oh, I get it Katina, you want to know if I have ever ridden in the car to observe another sales represenative. Well, for your information, HR will not allow another representative to ride in the car to observe or coach another sales representative. That person is not trained to do so and is not an acting DM. So, understand your own role Katina, before you asked such a stupid question!! How CLUELESS are our leaders that they ask this type of question???!!!
Most RM's are clueless stooges put in place by the people above them to protect themselves. Mostly to hide how stupid and incompetent they are.
