For the lesser ranked getting a high talent rating is a like a crap shoot. Your fate is usually determined by a manager or two who have no idea about 98% of your daily work! Add in the attraction or repulsion factor. Click and you're in..they'll boost you up and you become talent as good as gold....or click-less and you're as tainted as mud.

 

Merck's management must be on it and they plan on giving it to you before they can you. You won't remember a thing.
