Just surfing. What is going on there. I've read some threads, not enough to tell me why the exodus.

 

Dude, these fools don't have a clue. So people are jumping ship. Crap azz products and management that think this is the old days of Amgen. Found out they can't buy the business in small markets.

 

People jump ship when they realize the CEO hires family and friends with no experience and gives them VP titles.

Not only do they get VP titles, get to work from home. Friendship pays more than accountablity

When will the HR guy leave?

 

He is a Raj spy/guy. He will be gone when Raj wants him gone. Raj likes to surround himself with incompetence. Makes him feel superior

 

That's my feeling too. HR is only a tool for Raj. Will result in lots of lawsuits some day.

 

I think the FDA, will be looking into our selling practices too. Never hear from Compliance.

Layoffs Monday. It is hard when some people work so hard to try and grow the company and others seem to make a lot of money for work that is really not known.

 

No layoffs yet. I don't think there will be layoffs in 2015.
Riga is nice eye candy, and a smart guy, so he should stay, but others are questionable.

 

Smart maybe, but out for himself. He also makes pre-judgement about people without really knowing them. Don't be fooled by veneer. he would throw you under the bus if it benefitted him.
