Perhaps you should just skip it and find a job you feel is better.

It's Going to be a tricky sale. I had a good meeting today but Eisai is clueless on reimbursement, how it's gonna be paid how the practice is supposed to use the drug. Do they brown bag, white bag, open a dmerc pharmacy? It's a joke I couldn't off them any help. We don't even have a contract yet. D'oh

It's actually quite embarrassing. It ruins my reputation as a sales rep. I can sell the clinical side and the accounts are excited but when I can offer them answers to how they are actually going to prescribe this drug it's no good. Don't get me started on the NARMS and KAMS, RAMS, ETC. They are blowhards like TH and WH. Lol. They don't know what they're doing either. The regional Directors and regional manager tracking every csll.

Failure. You can't sell the spread to the physician/reimbursement manager.

How many of you have been made to look foolish by being unable to answer relevant reimbursement or contracting questions?

Is it any solace to have the confidence to discuss serotonin syndrome, if it ever comes up?

DT, who made the decision to go full launch mode with Akynzeo, with incomplete reimbursement picture and all GPO contracts not signed? If the goal was to throw the sales force to the wolves, it's been achieved.
