So after the conference call I scratched my head. These changes are clear as mud. Thank you for putting me in panic mode all weekend. What is your take away? Douchebags need not respond. I think EVERYONE is sick of hearing from you.
It's uncomfortable being in limbo, but i doubt anyone is getting cut.....at least for now. I just don't understand why they made this so hush hush. All it does is create anxiety.
This is always the AZ way. Information is power and the power rests strictly at the top because they don't trust anyone if the field. Our managers act like they are so powerful but AZ leadership doesn't trust them either so they likely learned about this just a few days ahead of us.
