After the merger AZ was a sales driven company with mostly experienced sales leadership running the new company. It was not perfect and the leaders made mistakes but once the marketing and ivy league consultants took control the company went into the shitter faster than a jack rabbit on a date. They have zero understanding of our customers and don't care enough to find out because they have all of the answers already. That is where we remain today, just one dumb move away from final disaster.
