Who is paying for Horizon's drugs?

I review a shitload of formularies for numerous insurers across the US and never ever see Duexis, Vimovo, Pennsaid or Rayos included on them. I can't imagine docs are contacting these insurers saying Horizon's drugs are medically necessary and getting an exemption. Also, I'm sure most scripts are written for seniors, so is Horizon somehow getting these reimbursed through Medicare Part D PDPs? Seniors in those plans can't use co-pay / savings cards, so they'd be stuck with a mighty hefty co-pay in the donut hole. Horizon pushes almost all scripts through a single source PME pharmacy, so it just seems something is mighty fishy about how their drugs are being reimbursed by insurance companies - or the government for that matter. I can't imagine all their revenues are coming from out-of-pocket or employer sponsored plans that haven't excluded their drugs from their formularies. Seems to me something is very rotten with this company.
