May be you should not be here in this thread, when you do not understand what you read.
This guy is saying that Both SCS and DBS manufactured by Boston Scientific are defective and everyone associated with it is liable as the rep is.
I read both his documents one corporate attorney Gerhan which is in STM board and this one to the Judge who is presiding over the cases for Transvaginal Mesh law suits against BSC.
Only wonder if the BSC management has any clue about these correspondences and when do they plan to put stop to this nonsense.
