If that is true, then they would have made announcements. This is about 6 - 8 reps already. To have a real reorg, an additional additional 20 - 30 reps must go, then they need to tell the state. It sounds more like PIP issues. Poorly, performing reps are just trimmed - companies cut 15% of the team, in this current environment. Be grateful you survived this round of PIP.

The reps that wereet go, did they say a severance was given or a mere 2 weeks per year?

The company is trimming the herd through performance evaluation...

Yes they happened. I heard from one of the poor victims. This company has no character at all. I am sure there are some happy people here, but please who are they.
This is like working in a toxic dump. Where have the morals gone. Where have value and desire to protect your people gone. This is the ugliest thing I have ever seen in pharma.
I am so looking.......

Happened in Michigan, New York, and Ohio
Why...this company over shot the CDI index. They are big pharma trying to be little pharma, but have no clue. So now let's just shit on out people. We all could be next.

This was not performance related in all cases. I lost a teammate and their performance was better than mine. This was also territory related.

It's candle powered, no lightbulb. There is high wind up there.
