Are the IV reps out the door or are they going to work them into the other sales force?

From what I understand everything is on the table. But I really do not think they would just target IV reps. Tenure is always good and living in a viable territory.

The SAM position is a close analogy. All territories were redrawn and SAMs were incorporated based on biz rules. The million dollar question(s) is what is the new lower head count ( and when).

Hypothetically , if we go from say 130 TBMs to 110, the vast majority of reps will be just fine ( unless you are a low performer and have already been told that). Between open positions & pre id poor performers -there should be minimal forced displacements ( again excluding the ones they want gone).

Deeper cuts could severely impair the field sales SOV. This is a tough sell when trying to grow business. The lower cuts fix the insane reporting structure, overlapping accounts and begin to address the equally insane IC( still long way to go). Even the lower cuts will not support 15 DBMS, will probably end up w 10-12 districts. Good DBMS land somewhere, targeted ones will be gone.

Also don't be consumed by rumor, nobody actually knows the details.

Good DBMS will land somewhere outside of BMS because they are all getting out. The same is already happening with the good TBMS. BTW, targeted DBMS and good DBMS are now one and the same. "Who is John Galt?"
