    The problem is BMS is competing with biotechs that are three steps ahead on payer issues as well as getting their data out ( aggressively). Meanwhile our big strategy is to make one extra call and track the shit out of it.

    Oh - they are ecstatic. The average bonus is about $20,000/year. They are micromanaged like children. They have been sent to "Sales Training 101" because they clearly don't know how to deliver the mind-numbingly, stimulating messaging formulated by a bunch of novice marketers who's most brilliant approach was "proven Anti-TNF" (translate - we are not the competitors. WTF??????). Thank you sir... May I have another?

    Agreed, wheels ready to come off. Last time things were this messed up almost half the division walked out the door and VP got canned.

    The real shame is that O is a very good med. just fix the dam payer issues and the F-up IC.

    They don't want to fix IC. JK likes picking winners and losers. They are now committing outright FRAUD! Talk about a class action lawsuit in the making. Lets see...
    1) reps are being encouraged to call on gastros and neuros as sales ops refuses to remove non RA accounts from data.
    2) reps are told they are being paid on "total dirt" but accounts are removed on the back side for IC purposes.
    3) multi million dollar accounts are being excluded from any IC caculations.
    4) NR physicians are not being credited to the reps

    And the new management wants to clean house of any low producing reps??? Really? How would you know who is performing or not???

    He never earned the loyalty and respect of his sales team. They didn't want to climb mountains for him.

    that is what happens when you come in without any experience selling this type of product, yet act like you are gods gift to suffering salesmen. good leaders listen FIRST. these guys have no ears.
