Seems like a lot of reps have fled the coop in the panhandle of FL. Guessing getting older doesn't match with management's game plan

This applies throughout the nation. Take a look on our IC reports at all of the vacancies. Novo laying off without calling it a layoff.

why have a DCS with tenure when you can have two sample droppers, i mean DCAs, for the same price? this was planned when they hired all those DCAs from Enterprise Rent a Car for 40K a couple years ago. its not Florida. Its the Novo Nordisk way... Triple Bottom Line!

if you want to feel valued - you must find a company that places value in what you do.

Novo believes that a rep is a rep. a warm body. a commodity. PIPs and managing your ass out will continue until moral improves. This is the way it is. It's never going back.

for some. for others with similar numbers its business as usual. selective management is now in vogue.

That's the argument of someone who is on a PIP. It couldn't be YOU, could it? It must be that your manager is unfairly targeting people. I'm sure you're absolutely fantastic. The blame shift game is always the last resort of the person who lacks the self-awareness to see that they just aren't very good at their job, so they blame everyone else for their situation. No one gets put on a PIP solely for their numbers; they get put on a PIP because they just aren't very good at their job. Sorry. That's the truth.

The Panhandle situation is a manager who doesn't have enough sense to get out the way. The Regional Director needs to ask why does top talent keeps leaving. How many lawsuits are filed and top performers leave before a change will be made?

you think Cedric gives a shit about this talented turnover you speak of? this 'new' direction has been in place since 2009-2010. where have you been. tenured top earners are always being shown the door to make room for two new people straight from Enterprise.
its all about philosophy and the belief of the value a sales representative brings into the equation. NNI has devalued the role of sales representative and all the posts on here are interpretations of this fact and how each posters is uniquely impacted. this is the new triple bottom line. the novo nordisk way.

Cedric, another good one has left the building. The exits will continue unless a change in leadership is made soon.

6 months, 3 very talented reps leave! That is 3 of 8 with one DCA included. More will follow and performance will continue to slide. When will someone wake up? IT's NOT THE REPS!!
