With the economy on a steady up swing,with september adding better than expected job growth,enough to tick the rate down to 5.9%(the lowest in more than 6 yrs) where will this leave rotech,i think it wont be pretty for them,but would love to here your thoughts?
Having been a location manager and eventually going to work outside Rotech, imo the economy suddenly improved when i took my talents elsewhere. Rotech's loss is the economy's gain.
Well in my opinion,Rotech does have some very good talent just waiting for the right company to come allong and tap into it..awsome talent just buying time.
what they need to do is pay a livable wage,get rid of all the death traps they call trucks,start treating thier employees w/some respect.....but then again its probly to late.
