Not too much interest to date. Most are waiting for the post marketing studies to be completed. Will not initiate discussions of Afrezza with patients only discuss if patient brings up. Very cautious, at this point.

Medical Letter is saying, "NO TO AFREZZA!!" Problems with efficacy, price is expensive and too many people can't take it. Long term use on lungs is a big question mark too.

Also, stated there is a total 290 Afrezza RXs during the first 4 weeks of launch.

Do you have pt handouts?.. No Do you have samples?...No Are you giving away spirometers?...No Do you have co-pay cards?...No Are you covered on any health plans?..No So what do you have? I have the REMS Letters which I had to make homemade copies. I have nothing for you, but I'm a challanger!! Let me show you my swagger!! I rock! Did I meet your unmet needs?...Sure Oh ya, if you want questions answered fill out this medical form. I'm suppose to solicit as many medical requests as I can per my ABL. I was told Mannkind dropped the ball so we have nothing except my looks and swagger. Oh ya, just go to the website. Btw...freaking write the product, bc my DSM/ ABL is ridding my ass. I will be fired if you don't write bc the ABL on gets paid on 24 customers and you are 1 of them. If your don't write the ABL will be ridding with me again tomorrow, so write the drug for your unmet needs pt. I'm begging you!! I really love the product but I can't put passion behind it bc my ABL wants it written right this second. Heck, just write me a script, write my wife a script, and my kids. That might hold her off until next week. I will let you know how it works. I hope it kills me tonight, unless you plan on prescribing it every week!!!

Don't feed the trolls. Don't be so negative. All launches start small and build momentum. I launched
many drugs. None of them started out at 200mph.

Even Lantus and Plavix had a slow start. Try to have fun. Ignore your manager

Ask your mom when you were born, were there a lot of people being optimistic about you being the President of the United States?

I guess what I'm trying to say is... don't judge a drug's potential while it is in its infant stage. Give it time, son! Let it grow up. Just like your mom let you grow up to be something in life.

I agree with everything you said, the expectations this early are idiotic. However, the product is very good and there is a lot of excitement around it. However, these robots at the top have no clue that a new product that requires a test before it can be prescribed is not gonna produce immediate results.

Blockbuster? Who knows Plavix was considered a dog in the beginning. Be patient wait and see.

Pt handouts - PI with patient info in the Rx - do you know how to sell your docs/nurses on how to demo the product to a patient? Probably too much to ask of you - you want to be paid regardless of what you don't do.

Starters - yes DSP1 has starters - if you could convince a doc to Rx maybe you could make a phone call to your DSP1 to provide a starter. Then again, too much for you to do.

Copay cards - yes DSP1 has copay cards and available on the website - if you got the nurses on your side they would bookmark the ite and help get the patients signed up. Probably too much to ask of you.

Plans - yes CVS Caremark covers almost 7 million patients. Aetna plans covering at $50. Coverage is sparse for sure. You have to sell your docs on using and the plans will take notice and more will cover. The catch is that you actually have to sell the value and get the product moving - yes you. If not take sale rep off of your business card.

MIRs - yes lots of questions out there you can help your docs with. A new product should have more MIRs.

ABL riding you - get used to it. You haven't been selling for a long time and now you feel the pressure of actually selling. Up to now you've been riding the business created by all the reps that built the Lantus franchise.

    You are a total whiner...

And you, are a total asshole. What green wet rock do you live under? Rough childhood? Never had a date in high school? Your own family worries about your anger issues? I bet I'm right on all counts.

I wanna be a Jedi. Will you ride with me oh wise one? "Try no, do you must." Yoda, we need you! ABL (DSM) Please ride with me more so our young spawns can witness your skills and lack of knowledge with the product. Calm down. It's been a month, and it takes a test that many do not have in office. The product is great I am using Jedi mind tricks my ABLs have "coached" me on like: don't worry more data is coming. I wave my hand and Providers instantly light up and click Afrezza for all Type 2.

If the Frenchy's expectations are dashed, the new Mr. Bigg will do as Target just did and
save $$$ through "rightsizing." Has the dog barked?

The pulmonary function test will be the killer ... primary care is just not going to be compelled to do it. They're projecting $1B ten years from now ... I think it will be forgotten long before that. Good luck, prove me wrong, I've been there.
