    Docs are getting sick and tired is seeing mgr more than they see us individually. We have few places to take them now. Mgrs have no self awareness because they have to justify their useless position

    Bottom line is if you are really being treated this poorly, no one is keeping you here run, get out!! The company is clearly going downhill fast and if you don't at least have the support of your manager, take your brag book and go. There are plenty of start up companies that don't micromanage and don't treat you like children that will pay you and value your talents!!!

    Think about the strong team lexington used to be with seasoned reps. They broke up the Somerset team who were killing it and then put a lexington bully with a team member that got totally screwed. The days Cathy gray was manager were the best ky will ever be because she knew how to lead. Very sad but everyone is much better off! Life lessons learned! Now everyone are just Mel's "puppets" until she cuts their strings.

    The days of having mgrs like Cathy gray are gone. She understood her job was to coach not bully. She knew how to motivate instead of intimidate. You looked forward to working with her. Those days are gone.

    That's how every mgr manages their team here at Novo. They don't know how to coach or motivate. Deal with it or move on.

    I guess our definitions of 'interesting' are different. If you find unsubstantiated, generic comments from a former employee who tries to hide behind anonymity 'interesting', then you've stumbled on to the right thread. I would challenge you to set you standards a bit higher when searching for something 'interesting'.
