BS...the people at the top they're referring to is top level management...if this company is so great why have good, productive reps left?

2 Acute Reps left..One from the East & One from the West. Heard the one from the east was #1 this year in the East Team. Akorn gave him a nice going away present with his bonus/ incentive check.

Hey Raj, Bruce & Brett.............Great Job on retaining our best representatives......Soon all you will be able to retain will the bottom feeders at Akorn and hire college grads who couldn't sell water to a thirsty person in the desert.

 

Don't really know what's happenning in Ophthalmic, but the entire team of the Acute Team keeps on changing. We have lost too many great reps. Even with new products, we need qualified reps to get and grow the business. Who knows what will the end result be in 2015.

 

The answer is simple. Akorn will be used as a stepping stone for representatives to get better jobs. Management needs to do a lot to fix the bleeding. A great first step would be raise the salary to a decent base.
