The guy is a real hard worker. I understand that he did very well with his last company. They made a big mistake letting him leave.

Heard something similar but I also heard he's kind of a micro manager and confrontational.

Not a micro manager or confrontational. If he is on you for something it is because you aren't doing something you should be doing. I worked with the guy for years and he is on top of his game, on top of the products and on top of our market.

There is no such thing as micro management. It's called being held accountable. Do things right and be left alone. Be a slap dick and get someone's foot in your ass.

Mollica is an honest manager which is saying a lot in this industry. He's tough at times but for the right reasons. he gets it. and he is winning big. Definitely a guy you'd want to connect with.

The same thing could be said of the Ortho Sales Manager who used to head up sales up north a number of years ago. Then, he got betrayed by the Mahwah Top Management. So much for loyalty. But, based on recent events, payback was overdue and he got it. Congratulations Buddy.

This sounds like a lot of speculation here.

I would say that speculation is a lot like speculums. Or speculous. Or spectrum. Much like spectacle. This is spectacular.

This response is really, really long overdue and I acknowledge that, but still the response is necessary...

Dude, you’ve got to be one of Jeff’s high school or college drinking buddies because you’re totally full of shit when it comes to the claims you've made about him. I’ve known Jeff, personally, since he was a teenager and I can tell you with 100% confidence that he is a conniving, lying, manipulating snot-nosed, wining little bitch who stomps his feet if things don’t go his way. He doesn’t have a humble, introspective bone in his body. He can’t take an ounce of even the most constructive criticism as he's got an inferiority complex that he way overcompensates for (thanks to his Dad, Joe Mollica). I’m glad he’s not an officer in the military because he’s the exact kind of control freak, know-it-all fucker that would get his get his troops killed just to say they did it his way, right or wrong.

And by the way, asshat, there most certainly is such a thing as a micromanager. It’s the manager that tells the experts/specialists he hires how to perform every last detail of their job, given no latitude for personal style and also demoralizing the individual and stifling the employee's ability to add value to the process. Micromanagers ultimately stifle innovation, unless it’s of their own creation.

You’re clearly biased towards favoring Jeff. Wake the fuck up. By the way your superhero, Jeffy-Boy was laid-off from Stryker. So how is it that high-performing sales professionals get laid-off?? Answer: they don't EVER get laid-off - If you're a leading driver of profitable revenue through sales, you NEVER have anything to worry about unless the entire company goes belly-up.

Before you thInk you know so much about Jeff, think again.

Were you one of the bros I saw doing coke and poking fun at Jeff? Were you upset when he didn't indulge with you and your cronies? Did you sit idly by while he won sales awards and banged hot women? Thought that was you.
