Shades of Peter Dolan...

Just announced that Andreotti was compensated in 2013 to the tune of $20.58million!For what??Maybe he made a deal with Wholesales to over stock at end of year,like Dolan did,to reap bogus bonus and incentive checks.The rest of us peons work for peanuts and he gets big bucks for what????Someone tell me!

That's because he is measured on what we sell and convince wallstreet's what we will sell. The rest of us get paid on what the going capture rate is. The company is more profitable if we don't capture millions in sales and pay bonus on those sales. I've been in a couple divisions at BMS and it's the same in both of them. Nobody above sales wants to enter into a substantive discussion about reporting and it's trickle down affect on the compensation it costs the reps that sell the products so he can make this kind of cash

 

Look at the stock price, that's why he got paid the big bucks.
