the division is once again in disarray. The morale of the sales team is very low. No one is motivated or happy. The mgt team could care less. Our president being fired adds to the chaos. Imagine bringing in another outsider who thinks they are going to fix our business. The fact is they destroy it even more.

 

We need someone to come in and restore us to the greatness that once was. It started when that bald idiot Don Patton changed our name. Funny, things have never been the same since.

Overall not a bad place to work. I have worked for 2 other pharma companies and I can tell you it's not any better there.
