As usual it sucks balls. They will never allow us to make money. What about our car allowance? Get in line for the soup kitchen. Heard RVP for R3 expensed big bucks wining, dining one district for win back, even kicked in hotel rooms. Anyone else getting any sugar? Spread the love Frank baby.
Did you expect any real changes? Peter Mocca and his merry men will always find a way to please senior mgt. The comp plans are never really the issue. It's the KCI math that will be the problem. Whenever you hear terms like "annualized potential" or "index points" and 75% growth expectations thats the real issue. Come on Andy. Make some real changes.
He's too busy writing Christmas poems and training to beat the neighborhood kid at a road race to work on a real comp plan.
Yes, quotas will be a joke as usual. There is no money to be made this year either. Enjoy your Mickey Mouse days and move along.
What did you all expect. You should have left already. Didn't you see a red flag when you received a "point system" last year? Place is a joke
No need for quotas. Your Prevena will be 100% growth, VeraFlo 80% growth and 10% total revenue growth. All unattainable. You're working for base pay only.
You don't get it. There is no competition so you don't have to sell which is why the company doesn't have to pay for a professional sales force. You are well paid for what you do.
This is sad but very true. So many quality reps have gone, and left behind are reps that can't compare to many of them. Babysitting doesn't pay well, and KCI will make sure you have no chance. Sad.
Why would anyone kill themselves selling for this company. How can anyone hit a quota that changes several times a year. They make it pointless to go out and sell when the will NEVER pay you out…it's all for short term gain for the rep. No one cares about KCI anymore, they don't even know who the hell acelity is or what the name means. Treat you reps like crap & that's what you get in return.
There is tremendous competition in my area. None of ten products compare to KCI clinically, but they're cheaper and the service is better. I fight for ever single order I get, every day.
