    Dear Pfizer Pleebs

The sales force was nothing more than lottery winners. Welcome to the real-world where you'll be asked to perform. Pharma's business model is scientific innovation not "lunch".

Is that like more Lipitor commercials on TV? You can't watching anything without seeing some dumb sob taking lipitor and jumping off a friggin dock with his dog! How would a stupid patient know all the idiotic indications and the other shit...notice in fine print about CV mortality & total mortality! Ah shit...we're cooked anyway!

I have never come across a business book that attributes innovation with the sales and marketing practices of the pharmaceutical industry - thus the long-term problems.

Listen s--t for brains. The companies will survive, but you won't. You are useless. Your job has been trivialized and you will never get back the respect that older pharma reps had. Too bad...too bad...
