Since the word is out that there will be no more LOX service, travel help etc, the patients are leaving in droves to other companies. Can't say I blame them. The referral sources hear we are going out of business. Wish I could tell em it isn't so, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
The unforseen consiquences of not doing an out of court reorganization plan in my opinion. That is what greed will get you it seems from the One who sees and knows all. The sad part is the company is self destructing it seems from the inside out because of even worse decisions then before. God bless all the Rotech employees who are caught up in this mess and are going to suffer the most it seems.
One way to combat this is to assign personal to follow the hospital discharge person around to patient's rooms. If Rotech isnt insisted upon, we sue.
I checked with corporate.......Not easy to sue. Then if a referral source does'nt refer to Rotech, the SR gets written up.
