My manager swore it was not but when the auditor had all kinds of s;@&$ on me to I knew it was a lie. Just another way to get cut. Regret booking the day. Was cut

 

It is a systemic and management-endorsed practice. All CTLs know it is something they must do to keep their own jobs. Merck is refining or making the firing by PIP more lawsuit-proof with a message auditor.
