Lobstein said he is leaving next week. I also heard that Stacy and Alfredo have been promoted.

Not Lobstein, but there will be another DBM or two or three who will be leaving over the next couple of months.

This division has lost so much awsome talent - it just a shame.
Why would they have run Mel off? She had a great attitude, passion of this drug and a firm understanding of the market place. And the higher ups wonder why this drug isn't reaching it's full potential. 90% turnover - that's why

Word on the street is saying that DBMs are being told if they have a job or not today.

11 experienced reps let go and 28 new territories created needing to be filled??? Managers taking rep jobs to distance themselves from this sinking ship. Rita. M just resigned today with several more rep resignations coming.
Why? Lets talk about a call plan that was just delivered that encompasses off label promotion to non-rheumatology accounts, physicians that have retired/moved years ago. The geniuses in the home office decided to create a call plan with no input from the field (reps or field management) despite the fact the vast majority of the home office is brand new and the one that is not - Jeff K - is beyond incompetent. The only thing they can do is try to make IC so convoluted that no one is capable of uncovering the errors and lack of reporting. And change all the reps territories so they are too busy learning their new territories and business to point out the lack of integrity the sales data coming from sales ops.
THE LUNATICS ARE RUNNING THE ASYLUM!

Looks like we are about to loose several more reps before years end. Seems like the announcement to redo IC and pinnacle for 1st half is doing nothing to stop the bleeding. How many have to leave before management catches a clue? How about a new IC structure for all of 2015? And how about excising the cancer called sales ops? Can 1 individual actually destroy a division - repeatedly?

IC and Pinnacle redo are for both immuno and oncology due to an IMS reporting issue. Get your facts straight. The problem is that it took a few reps to threaten a lawsuit before BMS did anything about it. As for new IC program, what do you want? Ask the reps at GSK how they are liking their bonus program. Trust me, that type of plan is being discussed in Plainsboro. No comment on sales ops.

JW is the new West RBD. Put a blindfold on him, a cigarette in his mouth and tie him to the stake. Good luck, man!

Reading the boards for this group and virology makes it sound like these two divisions are the ones to AVOID, while oncology is the shining star. The primary care group is a question mark.

there are like 5 vacant manager positions and many vacant rep positions. as soon as they are filled more leave. this division is a revolving door in sales and marketing. what a failure for such a great product/

Kim S. from Atlanta resigned this week. When will Jennifer see where the real issue lies? Why are so many good sales managers and reps leaving the division? More resignations are coming.

Jennifer will never get it. She's looking at it from 1000 feet and nobody with a closer vantage point is given any credence . The home office personnel are the only ones being heard in this division, and they don't understand our business. Neither she nor Bob understand the cancer they've got in sales ops. The non motivational IC structure. The antiquated policy of management through intimidation. This place sucks!

All are operating out of fear. Wait until the numbers rolli in and JBob realize all they did meant nothing. Tick tock, tick tock.
