ALL companies have a DNH "list".... It's generated by the local leadership (gagging), not HR. HR is a silly advertising, cheer leading, and protective service for the company...nothing more. Some folks get on this roster for real performance and anti-social behavioral reasons, but most find themselves there for simply being annoying, "negative" (that's the big one) )) or having gotten in grief for challenging a manager drone.
