How are there only 9 sales positions open across all divisions? (posted) We HAVE to have more openings, correct? Are we preparing to get bought? Are the RM guys going to come over here? Simply setting up for the eye stuff and waiting to hire til that comes? What's going on?
I noticed that too. Also looks like they changed the "category" that RM falls under to like Operations or something. I thought that was a little weird too. Anyone know anything?
You are reading into things way too much. If you were to look back at job postings over the past year - there have always been issues with postings- like numerous jobs posted for the same opening> A senior and regular representative but only 1 job. I think it probably has to do more with the time of the year, available training classes- probably end of the year budgets, and the also the new One Shire. Im sure there will plenty of job postings, in all divisions in Q1.
