What is the vacation for new starts? Is it negotiable if you have more vacation with your current position?
You get 15 days and 10 sick days. I am sure it matters what position you are looking at but they probably won't give you any more days. They are pretty strict. Also note that you do not get the week off between xmas and New Years off like other pharma. Oh, you get two personal days off that do not roll over.
