It depends on each persons job history. Reps that have been here for few years it's prob best for them to leave...it's all relative. But you are an idiot if you have the mentality of "let a company decide your fate" you decide your own fate not some mediocre company. You must be very insecure sales rep
It's not wise to leave unless you receive a layoff notice from Shionogi especially in today's economy.
Nope company's don't care, they applaud people who drive their fate and the economy is fine..plenty of jobs popping up now. 2 offers week of Xmas, can not wait to 'jump start' my gig and get away from this inbred crap but we all need a step stool sometimes....thanks to you all
