You don't have a clue what your talking about. The managers I know that are in place have lengthy mgmt. experience most from people who don't have a company called Pfizer in their background.

Pfizer on any resume is toxic

Problem is JAK inhibition is a false hope based upon a flawed premise of inflammation cascade.

Not true. You don't know JAK! The problem is this one. There are others that will knock you're socks off.

The flop is because Pfizer priced Xeljanz $2050 a month for a BID pill.

A JAK is a JAK. Same MOA. It's unproven than JAK works higher in the Cytokine pathway to inhibit the cascade of inflammation. It's all unproven theory. It may turn out to be Raptiva before we know it. Just look at the 10mg dose, and why the UK hasn't approved it: lacks safety.

We need two things to turn this around:

    1. the 10mg

    2. a complete management change that is not 100% focused on activity

$35 million in worldwide sales for Q3. Wow, what a blockbuster! Does that even cover direct SG&A expenses? Doubtful.

When will management let the Xeljanz team know what Hawaiian resort we will be staying at as our reward for smashing the sales target this year? I hope they don't back out of their promise made at the launch meeting.

It wasn't too long ago that we were told that this drug would help us get right back to the Pharma throne.

We're like a punch line to a bad joke. But, it beats the hell outta going hat in hand over to a CSO.
