M.O., some of your ABL's are completely out of control!! We are even being instructed / threatened on what we can or cannot say on your listening calls.

amen! M.O. PLEASE... Help us! Some of your managers are OVERWHELMING.....EVEN THREATING people just for being honest in our communications with you. Across the Gulf Coast Region we have found you refreshing. No one wants to WIN more than you do, that is obvious, but you also send out the message that you care about the ground pounders. Your passion and compassion is refreshing and motivating. WE WILL PERFORM FOR YOU!

However some of your managers are refusing to align with your management style and are even "doubling down" with retaliation and "veiled" threats for our honesty at the rep level in our communications with you.

PLEASE, with the greatest respect we ask for your help.

Our manager sent us an e-mail, instructing us on what topics we were to discuss on listening call.

the lack of responses demonstrates that people are afraid of the bullies even M.O. It will get worse

Toxic, would be the best description of our district.

Nothing is ever going to change. The new ABL's that MO hired/promoted are the type that reps want to work hard for. The rest manage with fear and total domination.

If MO only new how some of her managers treated reps, she would be appalled. The listening calls are inneffective because of retaliation by certain managers.

I hope Malia and John help you all. They are good guys and I know they would help if they knew your ABLs were silencing you during the region listening calls. Hang in there.

Fear and intimidation, best describes how our district is managed. We have to report to our ABL what we discuss on listening calls and who participated on call. ABLs have retaliated against reps on these calls for bringing up certain concerns and issues. The moral in our district is extremely low because of poor leadership on the ABL level. We need managers that care more about their reps than their desire to climb the corporate ladder, lattice or whatever we now call it.

I understand that two of the ABLs have the "leadership" style of authoritarian. Bullying is not leadership. Please Malia and John, help your reps. Thank you.

If you didn't suck as a sales rep, you would not be bothered. You would be left alone to make your ABL more bonus money and make them look like they know what they are doing. They are on your back because you are not performing plain & simple so either do your job and make some bonus, or step aside for someone who will. This is a job not an entitlement. Reps in this company are acting like inner city slugs on welfare. Gimme gimme gimme gimme....

This bullying is worse than high school teenage bullying. It's mind manipulation, lying, and leading by fear. Matter of fact, I keep hoping it will change, and it never does.
