Just started interviewing and I'm curious what the starting salary looks like for an Epipen/Perforomist rep. What is realistic for someone with 13 years experience?
I started at mid 80's with 10 yr experience. Overall I think they try to keep reps motivated. Lots of extra contests and bonus is realistic to achieve if you try. I feel they pay on the low side of specialty pharma, but trying to bump salaries up for top performers. But the benefits are great! Dirt cheap healthcare, paid vision and paid basic dental, free meds if generic. 401k match is good and stock plus profit sharing at the end of the year.
