2 weeks’ severance! Despite receiving $85 million from Abbvie Kadmon continues to plead poverty. Since SW and KM refuse to do the right thing and pay the former employees a 3 months’ severance I am proposing the following. Encourage your former customers to call the SPs to flip the patients Ribapak script. Encourage your former customers to not meet with any Kadmon employees. Encourage your former customers to boycott all Kadmon events, particularly at the upcoming AASLD.
Pay back is a bitch and this is just the beginning gentlemen.

200 mg would be the best bet but Modariba would at least make KM look bad

To all perspective Kadmon employees. Never trust a company that has more lawyers than sales reps.
Also, when there’s smoke there’s fire

Since SW and KM refuse to do the right thing and pay the laid off reps their 3 months severance we need to continue to expose them for what they are.
So lets see if I understand this correctly. You received 85 million from AbbVie for Modariba.
3 months severance, on average lets say $25,000 per rep x 27 reps = $675,000.
That leaves $84,250,00 in your coffers. Maybe its time for a new foreword to Alex Prud'hommes' book "The Cell Game". Just in time for the SEC filling.
    Have a nice day gentlemen.

Km it looks like your blatant favoritism has caught up with you. Of course people were going to complain to HR regarding the favoritism you showed when determining who should/should not be laid off. It should be based on potential volume and not personalities.
Wouldnt you agree that when you have a relationship based sale, retaining the people with the relationships in the high volume areas is important.

Webmaster, why are you taking down posts that are not in violation of your terms of use policy? In doing so you're compromising the true spirt of cafe pharma.

Actually it made the most sense to retain reps responsible for sales results and sold units verusu potential. What good are relationships when you can't sell anything? Oh that's right you are a Pharma rep so you shouldn't be expected to actually deliver results. Let it gone and enjoy your life.

Watch the excitement as a wave of long-standing higher up moves on or is squeezed out. This is one way to transform but not ethical. Anyone not bolted down heading for the hills. Be careful with this place.

Is that really a surprise? Seriously? Track record... Retention $? Laughable organization. Shameful "leadership".
