Post #20 is spot on!! MNK thinks they can do to ARD as they did with pain. Replace current reps with new ones and the business will thrive. It takes a special rep to sell Acthar and it's not for everyone. If they think they can replace current reps with new ones that are so called "hungry" and eager to succeed, they will fail miserably!! Take care of the sales folks that got Acthar to where it is today and stop being cheap and nickel and diming us. Oh and it wouldn't hurt to get some payers on board either. That is all.

Post #21 mentions getting payers on board. MNK is trying to work with the payers. The payers aren't interested in working with MNK on acthar. Not enough value to the patient for the cost. The only way this will work out with the payers is a MASSIVE rebate. MNK would have to disclose this to wallstreet and the stock would adjust. This would be the smart long term strategy but MT won't do it. Maybe try to sell the whole company to someone else and sucker them like QCOR suckered MNK. MNK didn't do their homework about QCOR and the weak reimbursement strategy. The tactic going forward will be to beat the payers with LMNs, P2Ps and the same garbage as the past. This is proven by not one single announcement with a national payer since MNK took over, not one.

This is why the exodus from here will be sizable when new jobs can be had after the vesting. A year from now ARD will be dramatically different.

Yes its all MNKs fault. Look at yourself and look in the mirrior. How many Rxs have you brought in or have you helped drive demand from the field? You are in SALES remember you are paid to SELL with out WITHOUT 100% coverage on every single formulary in your area for gods sake. Have some accountability for your own actions and results. If you can't sell or take the heat get out of kitchen son!! Let hte big boys show you how to do it WITHOUT complaining every day the lack of success here is someone else's fault but YOUR OWN. Get a clue. YOU ARE IN SALES!! Where is your accountability stop blaming MNK/others.

Oh go screw yourself Malli-drone. You idiots bought us and had no idea what to do with us, so you have been doing everything wrong. You still - STILL! -don't understand what it takes to sell this drug after almost a year.

Really WE don't understand???? Who is the one with the term SALES PERSON in their title????? I repeat SALES PERSON!! That would be you Einstein. Do you get it yet? What don't you understand? You are paid to SELL!

According to your post above that is not happening but it is not the SALES PERSONS fault right? Completely and utterly laughable. This is why you are in a position that you are today. Im done.

At another company, I was once on a region wide conference call where someone was heard to say "your hand feels great". As you can imagine laughter erupted and drowned out the speaker. Make sure you are muted on your end.

Seeing from how your core MNK reps are doing after you made them buy a car and then promptly laid them all off weeks later, how Cadence has done since the integration so far, and the people and leadership you've provided so far at Questcor it is safe to say that YES, YOU and the others at MNK don't understand. You need those good salespeople at Cadence and Questcor to enjoy working here and stick around, or else the performance of the company is going to suffer. The turnover will be massive and costly because these drugs don't sell themselves. When that happens, those precious earnings-per-share numbers might start surprising to the downside and more questions will come up than you can provide answers for on earnings calls.

Note the sheer panic in this post? The people you acquired with the acthar business have either left or hate you because of your arrogance and unwillingness to really listen, and how you have treated all of us. You are right though, you ARE done!

Not one top sales performer in ARD has left the company.

Why is this laughable ? The selling has been happening. If the referrals are getting stopped at the door because of reimbursement, let's all work on a solution. Remember, you are paying us to stay.

Now run along and keep replaying your favorite scene from Boiler Room, asshat ! I'm done.

What's up Hugh ? Cat got your tongue? Or are you waiting to screw up another conference call trying to "inspire and motivate" the sales force?
