If you think about it we were "acquired by Biovail" to get their tax base while keeping our name, management team, and everything besides their tax, at a time when the CEO of Biovail was under investigation from the federal government for associating earnings losses with a 20 million dollar trucking accident write off.

The issue is that none seems to give a shit because their are enough hedgies that want a quick buck
