I'm currently an Allergan employee and was wondering if we were to become Vallergan, if someone from Valeant would help me get use to the company culture. Would definitely appreciate it.

There is no Valeant culture. Just ex-B&L culture, ex-Obagi culture, ex-Biovail culture, ex-Solta culture, etc. If the deal goes through, you can add ex-Allergan culture. You are office furniture to Valeant management. Do your desk and chair share a culture? It's like that.
