Now that upper management has winked and told everyone to come up with 3-4 more details for Eliquis a day knowing that they are fake, the integrity of every reps is being compromised. Now reps just put in calls and everyone knows...So now that reps integrity is shot, they will just put in most calls as fake (if 4 fake calls are fine, they why not 10). IS joined the ranks and they told them to just put 2 calls in their computer everyday. Even the reps tell each other they are putting in fake calls (once a unheard of rule, that we just lie to each other and say were busy), So as everyone knows the "truth" it's a house of cards that we are all living a lie and Eliquis sales get no better. oh, btw we need 8 Spiriva calls per day...also
had we wanted someone to call someone else and ask about the calls, we would've assigned the task to vaccines
It's not about the reps. If we want to use straight talk, it's senior leadership that put us this predicament. In order to make a quick cash fix at the end of the year, they decided to gut Cluster 2 by 40%. What they didn't consider are the "little" contracts we signed years ago with BI and BMS based on a sales force that no longer exists. There are only about 600 people in C2 in the U.S. and that includes management. You figure only about 60-70% promote spiriva since SHRs were taken off the product. What did they think was going to happen? And if you ask any of the Eliquis marketing people they really frustrated as well. They have pretty my bed acknowledged that C2 was NOT organized to be a "launch sales force". They admit we are out numbered by the competition. Go figure. Dumasses!

I agree. Pfizer is the scum of the industry. These crooks are widely loathed. Great to see all their former preening reps now whiny and unemployed or soon to be unemployed.
