Exec Dir Training

I heard this position is still open. I would like serious answers please
Is this working for a person who knows training or some idiot?
Why do they need an Exec Director?

 

Of course this position is open. Pearson will never sign off on hiring for this since we don't have any railroads.

 

Please explain what this means. I don't want to apply and work for a jerk who doesn't care about people or training. Thx much.

Then Valeant is not the place for you. This is a company with a strategy of bare bones overhead. Their care about people model is to lay them off and hire them back as contractors. Their favorite office productivity tool is paper.

A former colleague of mine interviewed for the , top notch candidate.
We would have been luck to get this candidate.
HR and the interview team never even contacted him after the interview.

Should tell you something about our company.
Treat people like sh*t while recruiting and even worse when they start.
Only to be treated like complete sh*t when they lay them off!
